Design thinking is our go-to starting point, however as the saying goes ‘context is everything’ – understanding the system or organisation you are designing for means what you design is more likely to be successfully implemented, effectively adopted and sustainable. Seeing the inter-relationships and patterns of change articulated can simplify thinking.
Our focus on stakeholder insight and engagement, managing uncertainty, and developing a ‘good enough’ mindset can often accelerate the enablers and help erode the blockers around new products, services or ways of working.
